Jun 04, 2020 | , | Marci McCord

Del Mar Pines School earned a No Place for Hate® designation for the 2019-20 school year. Despite emergency school closure in response to the global COVID-19 health crisis, our school committed to completing the year-long program via distance learning. The designation was awarded by the Anti Defamation League (ADL) a leading anti-hate organization. No Place for Hate® is one of ADL’s top education initiatives.

What is No Place for Hate®

No Place for Hate® is an organizing framework and ADL partnership program for K-12 schools committed to creating sustainable change that leads to an improved school climate. Participating schools incorporate ADL’s anti-bias and anti-bullying resources with their existing programming to form one powerful message that all students have a place to belong. Over 1,800 schools across the country participate in No Place for Hate® annually.
